Mr. Nhau is a seasoned digital-banking and payments leader with over two decades of experience across banking, fintech, and telecommunications.

He has been instrumental in pioneering electronic banking and digital transformation in Zimbabwe—introducing POS and agency banking at Kingdom Bank, leading mobile-money expansion at Telecel (Telecash), and establishing digital channels at National Building Society (NBS).

Since joining NMB Bank in 2018, he has been instrumental in driving the Bank’s fintech innovation, interoperability, and ecosystem-partnership strategy, positioning NMB as a leader in digital financial services.

A former Chairperson of the Electronic Payments Association of Zimbabwe (EPAZ) under the Bankers Association of Zimbabwe (BAZ), Mr. Nhau represented Southern Africa at the World Bank Responsible Finance Forum (2014) and was recognised as Promising Young Executive of the Year (Megafest 2020).
