Violet has 18 years’ experience as a legal practitioner with extensive experience in banking having worked for the Reserve Bank as a Bank Examiner and as Head Legal and Company Secretary for NMB Bank and First Capital Bank. Violet re-joined NMB Bank on 1 August 2021.
